In then new century, human beings stepped into e-marketing age with Internet's support. The rapid development and broad application of IT have influenced every aspect of the society and have greatly changed marketing management of an enterprise.E-marketing is entirely a new kind of marketing methods which fits the present situation of IT development and reformation in this information age. It changed the traditional understanding to marketing and marketing strategies as well as marketing means and methods. It must become the most popular marketing style in the 21 st century.Company Aojing is a small and medium-sized enterprise which is mainly engaged in scientific research, production and trade of the plant extracting .With the globalization of the world, integration deepens and the chances and challenge from the market of plant extracting .Company Aojng in the case started a e-marketing campaign. In a series of marketing activities, Company Aojing tried some e-marketing approaches. Such as building the web site of the enterprise, taking in part to the platform of electronic commerce, try to enlarge the scale of the marketing by the e-marketing channels. However, because of the small scale, late start and uncertain marketing target and single marketing channels, run the e-marketing without a complete methodology in strategy level and. As a result, they did not boom the business on the approaches. How to use of the advantage of e-marketing? Which kinds of measures do they use? These problems are confusing them. Hence, the document will try to analyze the case and get an initial solution for them. Through to the company Aojing's e-marketing research, is for the purpose of for this kind of high tech small and medium-sized enterprise development network marketing providing the reference.To link theory background and pattern of the e-marketing, This article first to carried on the e-marketing's new characteristic, the new tendency has analysis at this stage, and from calling market, enterprise web site, marketing strategy and customer community has carried on the comprehensive diagnosis to the company existing e-marketing pattern. To fully use for reference the theory and new characteristic of e-marketing foundation, this article had determined the e-marketing's target, and introduced brand loyalty oriented marketing strategies, conformity marketing strategy, customer service strategy and personnel training strategy, it is design a series of marketing strategy combination for company all-sided. From the traditional marketing and the e-marketing organic conformity's stratification plane, establishes a complete method frame, to supervise these small or medium-sized enterprise, displays own advantage strength in the current, e-marketing chooses and utilizes own suitable e-marketing method or the combination to fully exert advantage of e-marketing and the convenience, realizes the marketing achievement obvious promotion.
