On the basis of a detailed analysis of the supplier management status of the CaiHong group company ,this paper has discussed optimal programmes of the supplier management system the CaiHong group company, aimed at optimizing the supplier management of the CaiHong group, reducing costs of enterprise management, enhancing the management level.First of all, on the basis of consulting with lots of material ,this paper has made a detailed analysis of the current situation of the CaiHong Group companys' supplier management by the combination of relevant theories, to point out that the main problems of the CaiHong group in the area of supplier management: The new supplier certification and accreditation procedures are unreasonable; It has not classified supplier in different kinds to manage; It has a problem in the relationship management of supplier; The lack of scientific quantitative evaluation in selection and evaluation of the supplier.Secondly, aiming at the main problem in the supplier management of the CaiHong Group ,we take corresponding countermeasures: use supplier process optimization to design the new procedures of supplier certification and accreditation; use method of TOPSIS to design the new supplier appraisal and the selection programme; use method of ABC classification to design the management program in different kinds of classifing supplier; use AHP to design the supplier evaluation index system and supplier evaluation programme.Thirdly, for the implement of supplier improvement of the programme of the CaiHong group, this paper has put forward the following security measures: The attention and support of senior leadership; On organizations and agencies guarantee; The support of human resources; Constructing the information exchange and sharing mechanism with the supplier.In the supply chain management times, if the enterprises wants to be keeping advantage in a competition, it has to raise the supplier management to the strategic height and set up the suitable system of supplier managment. To different enterprises, we should set up the conception of supplier management, and use the suitbale method for this enterprises to increase the holistic competitiveness of the supply chain management.
