The Study Of Supplier Choice In Manufacturing Industry Under Supply Chain Management

How to choose suppliers scientifically and efficiently in manufacturing industry under supply chain management environment has become an important subject of purchasing management and practice in recent year.This paper first analyzes the manufacturing industry difference of purchasing pattern between traditional environment and SCM environment, and summarizes the characteristics of manufacturing industry supplier selection under SCM environment at this foundation; then a model of suppliers' selection under SCM environment is built based on the analysis We had done and the study of domestic and foreign scholars.First , establishes evaluation index sign system ; Then, uses the combination methods to define the assessment index weight, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) assurance the subjective weight, Entropy Coefficients assurance the objective weight, again the subjective heavy and the objective heavy is to combine together; At last, a multi-level model of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution ( TOPSIS ) is applied to select the best supplier.The improved model has been applied in supplier selection in the AH Company. The order preference of suppliers was attained, and the excellent and ideal suppliers were ascertained for the enterprise.
