Study On Districts Diversity Of Rural Economy In Gansu

In the environment of market economy, lots of Human resources, material resources, the finances and other elements with high quality transferred from the developing areas to developed areas, which enlarging the gap between the rich and the poor, and making the Polarization serious. The development of the rural economy is effected more obviously by the various factors, such as natural resources, and the differences in the rural economy between different regions have already aroused public concerns.Firstly, on the basis of existing condition of the development of the rural economy in Gansu province and the researched achievements about the regional difference at home and abroad which are used for reference, the paper chooses 14 cities as samples according to the Administrative divisions of Gansu province and analyzes the rural economic differences between the areas in Gansu province, with the GDP of rural areas as total index, GDP per capita,productivity per capita,boorish net income per person as the index per person, through the way of the Coefficient of variation and the Composite Index.Secondly, based on the analyzed results, the paper ranks 14 areas from the high to the low according to the comprehensive strength of the rural economy, and discusses the main influencing factors including natural resources, labor force, the conditions for agricultural production, technical conditions, industrial structure and so on. Then the paper abstracts that, the improvement of the comprehensive strength of the rural economy is decided in a large extent by the sustainable use of the natural resources such as land, the improvement of the quality of labor force, the application of advanced science and technology and the rational industrial structure.Finally, this paper puts forward the golden rule and the development strategy for the development of rural economy in Gansu province as a whole, and makes suggestions respectively for the development of the different influencing factors, the development of the rural economy in different regions, and the coordinating development between different regions, in order to promote the development of the rural economy in Gansu province healthier and more harmonious.
