Research On Development Of Rural Labor-services Economy In Gansu Province

The core of "three agricultural problems" is farmers' problem, While the essenee is the income Problem. Because in recent years , farmers' income experienced a slow growth speed, the Income gap shortened at the beginning of reform has been enlarged again, and the Problem how to increase farmers' income is becoming a hot issue of the whole soeiety. As the realistic, effective way to shift rural surplus labors and increase farmers' income, economy of rural labor service has made great coniribution to the urban-rural economic structure and the prosperity of urban areas. Therefore, developing the labor economy in rural Poor area is the actual need of increasing the farmers' income, according to the situation.Throughout the theoretical field both in China and abroad, there is large amount of literature on the study of labor flow , However, there're not enough materials of deep studies on how to develop rural service economy. Especially in the west underdevelopped regions of China. As a big agricultural Province with notable contradictions between human and land, Gansu faces a Pressing task of developing labor services economies and transferring rural labor to the outside. Therefore, the study on development of rural labor-service economy is put on the agenda.This Paper has studied the development of rural labor-service economy of Gansu province, Using Gansu' relative historical literature, combining the theoretical anlysis with practice, comparative method ,ect. The paper is composed of six parts, the first part introduces the researching backgrounds and usage and means of studying; The basic theory of rural service economy is intrduced in the second part; In the third part, the author discusses the current situation of Gansu's rural economy so as to know about its developing backgrounds and stage; The means named SWOT , in the fourth chapter, is used to anlyze the developing situations from strength,weakness,opportuninty and threat. In fifth chapter, with the amountable anlysis means ,the author predicts the trends of supply-demand to labor ; Finally, we put forward the corresponding countemeasures on how to promote the labor economy develop healthily, and further point out that,it's a realistic option to develop labor service economy to increase farmers' income.
