Research On Supply Chain Management In E-Business Environment

The new economic era, Internet-based e-business makes producers, consumers, the economic activities of the economic mainstay rely on the Internet or on the Internet directly, with the economic life of the production, exchange, distribution and consumption, and other activities take on a new look. For e-business, e-business activities is the only means,but the good business is the essence of e-business. Therefore, the goal of e-business concern is how to use the new e-business business environment to change the operation of the supply chain process with a powerful e-business technology to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain, supply chain management in today's e-business environment is bound to change and development. Aiming at this research, paper is provided with the following meanings: promoting that China's high-tech manufacturing enterprises will be applied to advanced management ideas under the environment of e-business supply chain management practice, and the enterprises in the management process of maximizing reduce operating costs, improve operational efficiency; By studying high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China typical supply chain structures, the implementation of supply chain management examples, formulate appropriate policies, and to optimize manufacturing enterprises in China's high-tech environment of e-business supply chain management.Firstly, under the premise of the extensive documents, this paper studies the supply chain management under e-business, probes into the influence of the e-business to the supply chain management; advances that the integrated supply chain management is the trend of e-business, and studies the management structure and content of the e-business supply chain under the environment of e-business. Secondly, on the basis of these studies, with the combination Lenovo Group construction of the supply chain process under e-business environment, analyzes the major problem of supply chain management faced by Lenovo Group, lodges the strategies of supply chain management in Lenovo Group.And then analyzes the functions of supply chain management in Lenovo Groupunder e-business environment. Finally, analyzes the factors of supply chain management restricting Lenovo Group e-commerce environment, and gives the proposals of improving supply chain management in Lenovo Group under e-business environment.The expectations of innovation in this paper are mainly in the following aspects: First, the meaning of e-business has been elaborated from narrow and generalized sides for a more reasonable definition of e-business; second, the traditional theory of supply chain management and e-business theory are combinated to further improve the theoretical framework of supply chain management; third, through the case analysis of supply chain management in Lenovo under e-business environment,presents the restricting factors of supply chain management in Lenovo under e-business environment and gives the proposals of improving supply chain management in Lenovo Group under e-business environment.
