Through choosing 12 indexes of influencing the logistics centre, carry on the blurry clustering approach to divide the grade of carrying on the logistics centre of Fujian, put forward the system tactics of logistics centre constructed in Fujian Province. Next, under the guidance of modeling theory of mathematics to carry on the predict quantitatively of the logistics amount and structure of the logistics after through transport. And then revision gets the rational prediction result through determining the nature. Finally in order to predict result as two major future port logistics centre basis of development, propose the counter-measure of development of every suitable logistics centre from respects such as port facilities, economic development, traffic network,etc.
