Research On The Coupling Of Economy And Eco-environment In The Economic Belt Of Tianshan North Slope

The Economic Belt of Tianshan North Slope is the center of the technology, economic and social development in Xinjiang,which has great developing potential. But its natural eco-environment is fragile.In the process of economic development,if the protection of eco-environment is ignored,it will lead to the degradation and depletion of the resource,which in turn affects the economic development.So analyzing the coupling between the economy and eco-environment is an urgent practical significance for search the sustainable development of local economy and eco-environment.This paper evaluates the development status of economy,eco-environment and their coupling from the Ninth "Five-Year Plan" to Tenth "Five-Year Plan" systematically,by means of multivariate analysis.The content includes:(1) study of the indicator system of economy and eco-environment in the Economic Belt of Tianshan North Slope;(2) evaluation the development status of economy and eco-environment;(3) analysis about the coupling between economy and eco-environment;(4) analysis about economy gravity,eco-environment gravity and their coupling degree gravity;(5) the coordinated development countermeasures of economy and eco-environment in the Economic Belt of Tianshan North Slope.This paper has achieved some conclusions,as follows:(1) in the Ninth "Five-Year Plan",the economy development is slow;the eco-environment is fluctuanr, in the Tenth "Five-Year Plan",the economy and eco-environment are improving.(2) The coupling between economy and eco-environment from the Ninth "Five-Year Plan" to the Tenth "Five-Year Plan" can be divided into two phase:①1996-2001 for the first phase,the rising period of the coupling degree.②2002-2005 for the second phase,the decline period of the coupling degree.In space we can roughly divide the 11 cities(counties) into the coordination,adjustments,antagonism and low-level four kinds.(3) Whole development are balanced whether economy or eco-environment in the Economic Belt of Tianshan North Slope.(4) the specific countermeasures are as follows:①breaking the original administration plan and establishing a new urban layout;②in the basis of coordinated development,give full paly to the advantage of the difference.~integrated planning,rational distribution and use of resources.
