Evaluation On The Effect Of Economic Transformation Of The Cities In The Economic Belt Of Tianshan North Slope

Since a long time,urban economic transformation is the only way in the process of urban development.Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope,as one of the key development area,is important economic belt of the silk road.In the background of the new goals and new requirements of urban economic transformation,how to achieve the rapid growth of regional economy to get rid of the city's past development path is a hot topic.This article based on the analysis of the current situation of urban economic transformation in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope in Xinjiang,and further measures the effect level of urban economic transformation,then makes a coupling and coordination analysis of its transitional effect level,and excavates the key factors of the effect of urban economic transformation to provide rationalization proposals of the city's development of transformation.This paper mainly divided into the following five parts: The first part is the introduction.This part expounds the background and significance of urban economic transformation in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope in xinjiang,and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on urban transformation of relevant research results,and according to this research results to establish the research content and ideas.The second part is concept definition and theoretical basis.This part introducts the concept of transformation,and defines the connotation of urban economic transformation and transition effects.This part discusses the theory about the development of the urban transformation to lay a theoretical foundation for empirical researchat.The third part is the status quo of the urban transformation in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope in xinjiang.This part through the definition of the study area of Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope,and grasps the actual situation of urban transformation from status quo and problems of transformation this two aspects in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope in Xinjiang.The fourth part is the empirical researchat of urban economic transformation's effectiveness in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope in Xinjiang.This part establishes the basic content of the evaluation of urban economic transformation in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope,and constructs the theoretical framework of urban economic transformation from transformation of power and transition performance in two aspects,and then formed the evaluation index system of urban economic transformation effect in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope,finally using the entropy TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method and coupling coordination degree model to comprehensively analysis the effect of urban economic transformation in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope.The fifth part is the conclusion and countermeasures.first of all,this part puts forward the rationalization proposals from to enhance the level of urban economic transformation's effect and to Promote the coordinated development of urban economic transformation's effect this two aspects in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope,this part sums up the conclusions of this article,and points out the innovation and shortcomings in this paper.This paper draws the following main conclusions through the study: The first,the transitional power of urban economic transformation in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope in xinjiang has been increasing year by year,but the cities' differences are large.The second,The transformation efficiency of the performance system in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope in xinjiang is larger.Although the transition is stable,the pace of overall transformation is accelerated,but the level of transition is also lower.Through the coordination analysis of the transition results: The third,the coordination level of the dynamic system and the performance's system in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope needs to be improved,The coupled coordination degree of the dynamic system and the performance's system is changing within on the verge of imbalance and reluctantly coordinated interval,the level of coordination is relatively low.The fourth,the coordination level of economic-social-environment three subsystems in the transition system in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope in Xinjiang is generally low,and the coordination level always in a state of mild disorder,the overall situation is not optimistic.The fifth,the constraints of the coordinated development of the dynamic system and the performance system in Economic Belt of Tianshan Northern Slope and the restraints of the coordinated development of the economic-socialenvironment subsystem in the performance system are different.
