With living level being improved, great changes have taken place in the consumption structure of urban residents .At present, the production and consumption of tomato has been rapidly increasing in China, therefore, it makes sense that research the consumer behavior of the new consumption product. The paper based on the economics perspective on China's urban residents, mainly residents of Urumqi City of tomato sauce consumption behavior.Firstly, use of comparative analysis of world consumption of tomato sauce, Xinjiang's trade status and the consumption of tomato sauce, trade situation.Secondly, based on the economics perspective of consumer behavior theory, the design of the Urumqi City residents on the consumption of tomato sauce market surveys, for the residents of Urumqi, tomato sauce basic consumer behavior and consumer psychology conduct a market survey, the availability of reliable data sample.Thirdly, the Method of cross assembly with residents in Urumqi is used in the paper to analyze tomato sauce, type, frequency, habits and brand of alternative five basic consumer behavior, that the five basic consumer behavior of some specific laws use factor analysis, That the main motivation to buy factor mentioned by the second target rate of residents in Urumqi, the brand awareness situation.Fourthly, the paper utilizes logistic probability model analyze the factors that play significant role in purchasing and using behavior of tomato sauce. Through the purchase of the model calculations, a marked impact on consumer purchases of factors, including gender, age, education, and awareness of alternatives to price that the residents of Urumqi, the consumption of tomato sauce attaches great importance to brand And consumption of autonomy. Severe use of the model's results show that gender, age and educational level is a severe impact on consumer behavior characteristics of the major demographic factors, the income is not significantly affected.Lastly, the policy of proposals.
