EU has formulated series of food technology regulations and technical standards since 1993. Its food safety standards system shows a new trend, that is, more and more focusing on human health and the living environment. The entire system is ensuring that all consumers use the same high standards of food. Through specific studies the standards of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union (not involved the domestic food technology technical standards of the EU member nations) which guarantee the transparency of sales and security in nature, analyzing the annual increase number and the amount of coverage in the development of concern to human health, ecological harmony. Studying on the EU food technical standards, we conclude the evolution of humanization, means that the human society from a purely material benefits to the development of the social, environmental and other non-material interests.As a key products exported to Europe, Xinjiang's tomato sauce has a strong comparative advantage of lower price. Xinjiang tomato sauce still exists exporting industry was not standardized, irrational exporting structure, and other problems. Especially, technological standards of Xinjiang's tomato sauce are significantly lower than the food technology standards of EU. The future of Xinjiang tomato sauce exported to the EU will experience the human health safety barriers, anti-dumping allegations. Once hit by barriers or accusations will intimidate Xinjiang's industry and economy in the future.This study on the humanization evolution of the European Food Standards, take the Xinjiang's tomato sauce as example, from the perspective of both demand and supply , analyzing the positive role on the humanization evolution of EU technical standards on Xinjiang's tomato sauce exports. Illustrating the relationship between the humanization evolution of the technical standards and exporting transition. Through data analysis, this study shows that we should firstly optimize the industrial layout, secondly upgrading the industrial structure and finally create brands to achieve transition in Xinjiang exports tomato sauce.From the government, industry associations and enterprises in Xinjiang, we supply relevant suggestions for the development of tomato sauce. In the situation of strengthening China's food safety supervision and management, ensuring the health of the people, we must realize the Xinjiang Tomato sauce future export transition successfully, and achieving Xinjiang ketchup industry sustainable development is the main objective of this study.
