Research On Service Mechanism Of Fit Travel Disputes Resolution

With the development of Chinese Tourism, individualized tourism mode have been chose gradually, such as self-service travel, self-drive travel and so on, the ability of receiving FITs has become an important sign to measure whether the tourism industry of a country or an area is mature. However, because of different interests-orientation, disputes between tourism businessmen and FITs happen frequently in the process of FIT tourism development. Accordingly, service mechanism of FIT travel disputes resolution in our country at present cannot prevent and settle the dispute effectively, affecting the process of FIT tourism development.On the basis of background research and literature review, this paper presents the research framework; The characteristics of FIT travel dispute, the concept of FIT travel dispute and FIT travel dispute resolution service are defined clearly from theory to practice. Objective to fully understand the phenomenon of FIT travel complaints, this paper makes questionnaire investigation on it, and then analyzes the questionnaire results by using the statistical software-SPSS 13.0. According to this, the restrictive factors of FIT travel complaints are basically summarized, including economic factor, cultural psychology factor and mechanism function factor. Meanwhile, on the base of analyzing the approach of resolving FIT travel dispute and the problem of the resolution mechanism, making clearly that economic and cultural psychology influence factors are caused by the imperfect and unreasonable mechanism establishment. So, we can resolve the dispute problems by perfecting service mechanism of FIT travel disputes resolution in our country. Therefore, this paper constructs a system model of service mechanism of FIT travel disputes resolution which is diversified and suitable to FIT travel development trend. This model consists of two main systems: the pre-dispute prevention mechanism and the post-dispute settlement mechanism. From the objective of equilibrium and efficiency, the pre-dispute prevention mechanism is perfected by three subsystems: organizational support,informational support and educational support; the post-dispute settlement mechanism is perfected by two subsystems: effective and intergrated administrative mediation, FIT small-amount and flowing court. Finally the research objective is achieved.
