Labor dispute is the conflict between the workers and employers in labor relations which has both of economic and social properties, so the labor dispute is not only economic interests, but also bearing on social stability and harmony. Study and resolve the problems of labor disputes are an important content in the field of labor relations.In this paper, a detailed analysis of the Current Situation of the labor dispute will be, respectively, based on labor compensation and labor relations from the perspective of the legal system to analyze the factors that affect the labor dispute. First, on the basis of empirical research found that the number of labor remuneration and the close relationship between labor dispute, labor compensation will directly affect the level of state labor disputes; Second, changes in the legal system of labor relations will affect the adjustment of labor relations, thereby affecting the labor dispute conditions, labor relations promoting legal construction, the short term with the reality of labor relations conflict with the interests in the long run will reduce the labor disputes, and promote harmonious labor relations.At the same time, through the analysis of patterns of labor disputes and comparative analysis of the way between the result of the game theory and the actual operation to the specific way of dealing with labor disputes choice, come to the labor dispute mediation to resolve labor disputes is the most peaceful and most effective way.
