| The dairy industry is an important component of agriculture, and dairy which is an important "basket" product is closely related to us, and dairy industry supply source is the top priority. At present, the milk people drink one out of five cups is from Heilongjiang Province which makes a great contribution for dairy industry of our country. So promoting the dairy industry continuous and rapid development has become an important consensus and practice.In this paper, the theories of circular economy are brought in firstly, and at the same time theories of circular economy of animal husbandry are probed. In the economic cycle on the basis of the theory of the development of animal husbandry have more advantages , and the model of circular economy is introduced. Then the basic situation of dairy industry of Heilongjiang Province is introduced, and summed up the conditions for the development of the advantages of dairy of aquaculture industry. Then in accordance with the construction principle of circular economy evaluation system of dairy industry, and three indicators such as environmental quality indicators, the quantity of excretion and gas and feed additives methane supporting indicators are introduced. Then comprehensive evaluation of dairy industry of Heilongjiang Province from 2001 to 2006 is made by entropy model. By analyzing the data, we can find the level of development of circular economy evaluation system of dairy industry descended continuously, and the quality of the environment, feed additives and gas facilities for the development of recycling economy with varying degrees of impact. Thereof the environmental quality has most impact on the development of circular economy. Finally, this paper presents some strategies to improve the level of development of circular economy of dairy industry of Heilongjiang Province. |
