The Theoretical Analysis Of Different Stages In Industrial Cluster And Quantitative Indicators To Identify

In the field of industrial economics and regional economics, "industrial cluster" is being more and more important for the people because of not only industry clustering has become a universal phenomenon in regional economic research, but also it can create substantial economic value and to make a tremendous contribution to regional economic.Based on previous research results, and useing the product life-cycle theory the industrial cluster will be concentrated into four stages: boring stage, growth stage, mature stage and decline stage. This in-depth analysis of the four stages, according with different characteristics of industrial clustering stage, then identify which stage one cluster belong. This work will enable us to be more targeted to make cluster policies for the garverment and strategies for the industry, so to research corresponding quantitative theory of the clustering stage is obviously a very meaningful work.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies of cluster stages including overview of the industrial clustering theory. I try to stage the industrial clustering quantitative points, and data envelopment of the introduction of more than 20 manufacturing industries concentrated in the analysis stage, for the different stages of industrial clustering to find the critical point based on indicators.Finally, according to the conclusions of this paper, all regions of the more than 20 industries concentrated which can be used for the strategic recommendations to the appropriate business and government policy.The main contribution of this paper is: the establishment of a new index system, with the introduction of the DEA data envelopment of the industrial clustering extent of quantitative analysis, and through cluster analysis of the different industries in different regions in which the industrial clustering stage to make judgement. This will enable us to grasp more accurately the stage of industrial clustering, and the implementation of the strategy for enterprises and the formulation of government policy support.
