Study On Industrial Cluster Of Yao Jia Gang Chemical Industrial Park In Zhijiang

Due to the new economic development model,the sustainable development of China's chemical industry is facing four contradictions:the stock and increment,the surplus of capacity and the shortage of market selectivity,the urgent demand for the high-end development and the shortage of technological innovation,the contradiction between the industrial development and the social and natural environment.It is one of the effective ways to solve this series of contradictions by guiding the formation of industrial clusters through government administrative means.This paper,taking Yao Jia port chemical park of Zhijiang,Hubei as an example,based on the related concepts and theories of industrial cluster,constructs the maturity evaluation model and evaluation index system,and then draws conclusions and suggestions.Under the national strategic development of the national Yangtze River Economic Zone,the Yao Jia port chemical park,as an important carrier to promote the development of Yichang industrial cluster,faces great historical opportunities.It has a great demonstration and practical significance for the green development,transformation and upgrading and the improvement of quality and efficiency of the chemical industry along the river.This paper first constructs the theoretical basis of the research of industrial cluster through the related concepts of industrial clusters and the internal relations and differences of chemical industrial parks and industrial clusters.Secondly,the present situation of the first phase of the development of Yao Jia port chemical park would be researched.It is found that the industrial chain is short,the product structure is not reasonable,the enterprises are small and scattered,and the leader enterprises are few,the independent innovation enterprises are less,the innovation ability is weak,the safety production,the environmental pollution and so on.Thirdly,the reasons are analyzed from several aspects:administrative division,industry orientation,development orientation and overall planning.Through the research and analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars' industrial cluster development level model and evaluation system,the evaluation maturity model and evaluation index system of the industrial cluster are built.Finally,using the established evaluation index system of cluster maturity to measure the second phase of the planning,find out the shortcomings,and improve the industrial chain,adjust the product structure,improve the number and quality of the core enterprises in the park,improve the level of the innovation and development of the chemical industry park,improve the protection of the ecological environment,and improve the safety management and control of the government.In these five aspects,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the second phase of planning.This paper has made some results in the construction of the evaluation index system and calculation formula of the industrial cluster maturity,and has certain reference significance for the evaluation of other industrial clusters.
