Research On Influencing Factors About Rural Tourism Development Of Chengdu Suburb Destinations

Rural tourism is an important component of the Leisure economy, and also an effective way to promoting the construction of new rural. China's rural tourism starts at the periphery of cities which better developed, such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and Chengdu. Once rural tourism of Chengdu is mentioned, people will think of its unique "Nongjiale" pattern.Tourism destination is affected by many factors, that promoting or hindering the long-term development. On the basis of research results, and the characteristics of samples, these factors are categorized into six major categories, as area, resources, management, environment and tourists' demands. Based on the life-cycle theory and the results of previous studies, this paper constructs a theory model, which on the basis of tourism attractive model and competitiveness and sustainable model, as well as the "Nongjiale" characteristics of the samples. The model is about the factors which impact on the representative rural tourism samples of Chengdu. According to the theory model, the questionnaire was designed and selected. Using descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis of statistical software SPSS15. 0, the research data was processed and analyzed. According to the results, this paper give out the key factors, which impact on the development of rural tourism of Chengdu. Hoping that, the results of the research will be useful to the long-term development of rural tourism of Chengdu and other similar destinations.
