With the rapid development of the real estate industry and the rapid changes in the market, a new management and administration conception, which is strategic conducted, customer-oriented, value-chain-centered, well-organized and focusing on the establishment and optimization of business process, will inject fresh vitality to accelerate the development of the real estate enterprises.The real estate companies have their unique characters, that the development of the project lasts for a long period and is easily influenced by policy changes, the business involves a wide range of professions, the organization is diversified, and the business process is flexible.Therefore, this paper, starting with the particularities of the real estate industry, enterprises and products, and facing new changes in the field of modern management and advanced management ideas, analyzes LSD Group business process and management in hopes to establish a customer-oriented business processes and integrate the functions across all departments through the process management control, thus resolving the urgent problems that real estate enterprises encounter.This paper introduces some thoughts and theory into real estate business process research by absorbing Business Process Reengineering Management, emphasizing the practical significance of Business Process Optimization and stressing the importance of the theory of Value Chain.
