The Development Of Producer Services And The Route Of China's New-type Industrialization

Industrialization is core of development of economy and is also the main impetus to transformation of economic structure. Actualization of the industrialization strategy is a great programming in the new period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating socialism modernization by China, and in the meanwhile is the original thought for developing Chinese productive force by leap and bounds. In the past several decades, strategy of comparative advantages is the main strategy followed by the China's industrialization, it has made many achievements, the level of industrialization have greatly improved, but there were also some problems, The reason for these problems is that inadequate understanding the nation's reality conditional and the nature of dynamic comparative advantage. Based on this, the article finds that lack of attention to the position and role of producer services and result in development of producer services insufficiently is the fundamental cause. Therefore, the resolution of these issues must also be returned to the development of producer services.This article starting from the essential characteristics of new-type industrialization and China's special conditions of the period of transition economy, according to study on dynamic comparative advantage, we found that there exist close link between the producer services and the dynamic conversion of comparative advantage. So the development of producer services is conducive to the route of China's new-type industrialization. At first, this paper building into a theoretical framework of dynamic comparative advantage, combined with the existing problems in dynamic comparative advantage, based on this, the article demonstrate that the essential characteristics of new-type industrialization is dynamic conversion of comparative advantage in the course of transition economy; Then from the three aspects of elements to accumulate, improve the market mechanism and elimination of the income distribution gap, it demonstrate that producer services is conductive to the dynamic conversion of comparative advantage; At last, the article analysis the situation of the china's producer services and the existing problem coming forth during china's industrialization, on the basis of this, the article provides a new industrialization route that is based on producer services developing.
