Dynamic Comparative Advantage Of China's Manufacturing Industry And Its Influencing Factors

China since reform and opening-up, actively participate in the international divisionof labor and trade according to the traditional comparative advantage, and obtained thehuge achievement. In recent years, the trade structure of the Chinese haschanged,industrial manufactured goods has replaced the primary products，it becomes themain exportproducts. However, the traditional comparative advantage in internationaltrade have gradually revealed some shortcomings. In view of this, China should followthe pace of the comparative advantage theory, according to the dynamic comparativeadvantage to strengthen existing comparative advantage industries, at the same time weneed choose and cultivate new industries with comparative advantage, this has becomethe development trend of China trade practice.This paper expounds the mainstream theory and development of the dynamiccomparative advantage theory and the research results at home and abroad. At the sametime, a variety of dynamic comparative advantage theory carries on combs, summarizesthe influencing factors of dynamic comparative advantage: factor endowment structure,realization of economies of scale, technological progress, human capital accumulation,trade policy system and the system of ownership structure inclination.Then, empirical research is based on China manufacturing dynamic of comparativeadvantage. Combined with the actual status of China manufacturing industry,the use ofTC index and RCAS index of each subdivision industry estimate. The measurementmodel and the Markov chain analysis tools, empirical study of the changes of Chinacomparative advantage in manufacturing industry, in order to find out the enlightenmentsignificance.Next, the influence factors based on the analysis, through ADF analysis,econometric model, the effects of factors on the size and trend, provide the basis for theselection of a specific industry implementation of the dynamic comparative advantagestrategy.Finally, in view of the analysis and research of each chapter, and put forwardfeasible policy recommendations: continue to play the comparative advantages and makefull use of comparative advantages.
