Telecommunications profession in evidently future is still the profession that most has future. But 3G is a times of ecological reshuffle. The estates such as telecommunications, IT and medium reshuffle future do not measure. No matter for operator , manufacturer or manager, challenge and the opportunity of the times of 3G are unprecedented. It is also for Shandong mobile . Via long time development, from income scale, Shandong mobile has now taken the first deliver chair of each telecommunication operators in Shandong province boundary. And with the present income of other operators increase low generally , Shandong mobile even still maintain two numbers increase growth rate. But since GSM system has entered the climacteric of product life period,3G brands will initiate telecommunications operator reshuffle and new operator will set foot in the business of mobile communiction, Shandong mobile is faced with challenge.Although,after entering the times of 3G, the high volume profit time of telecommunications enterprise will gone, how to reply the competitive general layout of the times of 3G, how to reliease the transition after entering the times of 3G .Consummately keep continuously or promote existing competitive advantage, all of these make Shandong mobile should pay more attention to and study for 3G. And how to establish the marketing development strategy of 3G is the one key problem of 3G operation..Just in this background,I determined use《The Research in 3G Marketing Development Strategy of Shandong Mobile》as the subject of my paper. Through studying ,I hope be able to find out the business strategy of 3G suit for Shandong mobile.I reinforced studed for 3G business, under company's arrangement go to Hong Kong carry out the investigation for the operation condition and market of 3G of Hong Kong, and fully develop the background that long time engage in the network construction of mobile communiction as well as market sale management working and the understanding for Shandong communication profession carry out overall thought.The paper:first classify for the global business development and tendency of 3G, the business of 3G and development tactful, operation pattern analyse , then for the drive for investment on 3G business and SWOT analyse for Shandong mobile, finally the marketing development strategy of 3G business for Shandong mobile is discussed and studied.The paper not only research and analysis the overall competitive strategy should be adopted in the times of 3G for Shandong mobile but also analysis the specificly trademark strategy, channel strategy, group customer development strategy, business support system develop strategy, customer move strategy,that adaptable for Shandong mobile.
