The rapid development of Chinese economy provides not only the opportunities but also the challenges for our Chinese minor enterprise. As an important intellectual property and intangible asset, the trademark plays an important role to the enterprises' development. But due to historical and practical reasons, some Chinese minor enterprises have not paid enough attention to the trademark. As a result, the benefits from trademark for the minor enterprises are quite small. Through case study, investigation and logical analysis, we make a survey of the trademark applications and usages for our Chinese minor enterprises; investigate the trademark strategy relating to the enterprise's inner administration and management activities, and the existing problems in the applying and usage of the trademarks by our minor enterprises in this article. The minor enterprises are classified into two types according to the enterprises' product category, i.e. the small scale enterprises with single product and that with multiple products, and the common and separate trademark application and usage strategies for the two different types of enterprise are further investigated accordingly. The trademark strategies in the cases of "Angel yeast" and "Diaozha infants pie" enterprises are studied in order to prove the practicality of this research.
