Integrating Strategies On The Scientific And Technological Human Resource In The Cooperation In The Region Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province

Economic regionalization is an important trend in the development of world Economy. At present, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle has come to the substantial stage of cooperation, and it is an eye-catching development in the economy of our country. Economic development in any region depends on human resources. Of all the resources that support the rise of Beijin-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle, the human resource in the resources of science and technology is the first factor. Economic regionalization must result in the integration and exploration of scientific and technological human resource in the region. It could also meet the maximum and different need in these areas, thus creating development opportunities for the regional economy.The integration and exploration of the scientific and technological human resource in these three areas is gathering momentum, which laid a good foundation for the technological innovation and industrial complement. Beijin, the fountain head of creativity and originality of our country, should with its scientific and technological humann resource in its reseach instituition and universities, exert its whole country tianjin, should, with its high-tech inclusory and scientific and technological human resource, establish a base for high-tech development and transformation.Hebei, should, with its large and medium-sized enterprises and its agricultural science technology(which is much more than introduction , with agriculture product research as its bridge and traditional advantageous industry and agricutural technology innovation as its key point.Hebei should also enhance the cooperation with Beijing and Tianjin and establish a base for the fostering of high-tech enterprises.
