Scientific and Technological Human Resources are the first resources, and they are the important factor of economic and social development. However, in some areas Scientific and Technological Human Resources are not evenly distributed, surplus and shortage of talents coexistence. Human Resources sharing is a effective resolutions, through this can adjust the surplus and shortage of talents, and achieve the maximize value of Human Resources. Under the background of regional integration, the obstacles of Policy and System that hinder the freedom of Human Resources movement are gradually eliminate, so Human Resources sharing has great possibility. The extensive Yangtze River Delta is one of the three integration regions, and also is one of the developed areas in our country. This area is dotted with many Scientific and Technological Human Resources, but they are not evenly distributed, it remains a problem to this region. Human Resources sharing is a effective way to solve the problem of the uneven distributed Human talents in this area. But to achieve the Human Resources sharing in the extensive Yangtze River Delta, we need to learn the factors that affect the sharing, including the factors of sharing behavior and sharing performance. We need to make it clear that which factors have contributed to the sharing behavior and which factors could improve the performance of the Human Resources sharing. It has great theory value to help the governments and enterprises to make decisions in the extensive Yangtze River Delta region. This paper made some relevant assumptions based on the scholars'research results from domestic and abroad, and then designed the meter and the questionnaire about sharing behavior and sharing performance. Through investigating the enterprises in the extensive Yangtze River Delta region, we got the dates and information. Then through analysising and processing the dates and information, we got the research results, and verified the results of the hypothesis. Finally, with the data analysis concluded, we give the policy recommendations to improve the Scientific and Technological Human Resources Sharing level in the extensive Yangtze River Delta region. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and meaningful, the research status of domestic and abroad, the research methods and thoughts as well as the research source and the innovations. The second chapter illustrates some relevant theory, and analysis the current situation of Scientific and Technological Human Resources Sharing in the extensive Yangtze River Delta region. The third chapter summarizes relevant scholars'research results from domestic and abroad, and analysis the factors that affect the Scientific and Technological Human Resources Sharing behavior and performance under regional integration. The fourth chapter establishes the research model based on the theory, and proposes the assumptions, then select suitable variables to form the survey meter. The fifth chapter mainly analyses the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and illustrate the difference of Scientific and Technological Human Resources sharing behavior and sharing performance in business property. Then conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis to the factors of sharing behavior and performance, and verify the assumptions. The sixth chapter outlines the conclusion of this study, then give the policy advices to improve the Scientific and Technological Human Resources Sharing level in the extensive Yangtze River Delta region. In the end points out the Inadequate of this study, and give the future research.
