The Actuality Of Quality Management System And Countermeasure Research For KSF

The famous master of quality management Joseph M. Juran gave speech at American quality management annual meeting, he said:"In the past twentieth century is the century of productivity, the twenty-first century is the century of quality". China is foundry powers. Foundry is not only the foundation of manufacturing but also the foundation industry of national economy. The planning period of China’s12th Five-Year Plan is the hardest important stage of economic transition and sustainable development in our country. This period is also a critical period for foundry industry. The foundry enterprises want to occupy a space in fierce market competition in order to save and development in competition. The enterprises should improve the quality of products to meet the needs of customers. The premise and foundation of quality management activities in enterprises is the quality management system. Only in the environment of perfect quality management system, enterprises can assure and improve the products quality in order to create enterprise product advantage and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper set the present situation of quality management system in KSF as research background. This paper researches and analysis the presents situation of quality management system of KSF from the following three quality activities:quality planning(QP),quality assurance(QA) and quality control(QC) as well as summarizes the features of KSF quality management system. Secondly, this paper points out the problems in the three aspects:QA, QA, QC and analysis the reason of these problems and suggests the improvement countermeasure. In order to provide reference for enterprises to improve their quality management level, this paper propose some measures, such as the establishment of mechanism of customer specification review, related party audit mechanism, establishment of process standard and process standard activities as well as the concepts of3D introduction book and vertical quality management activities.
