Research On The Synergetic Evaluation Of Metallurgy Enterprise Technology Innovation System

In recent years, with the worldwide development of iron and steel industry, the needs for technology innovation are increasingly enhanced. Without any doubt, technology innovation is becoming the driving force for metallurgy enterprises. It has been a significant problem to be solved to compete successfully with the weapon of technology innovation. The theory of technology innovation has developed with remarkable achievements; however, the research in China is still at its beginning with little achievement that is expecting for.Firstly, this paper put forward the problem to be solved on the basis of research background and status quo. The resource and development of technology innovation theory were summarized, while conception, classification, process and even influencing factors of technology innovation were further specified. Combined with complex system theory, technology innovation theory is becoming the theoretic foundation of synergetic evaluation of metallurgy enterprise technology innovation system.Secondly, this paper indicated the attributes and systematical characteristics of technology innovation of metallurgy enterprise according to the current level and trait of industry development. Based on the systematical analysis some problems were advanced as well as the synergetic evaluation method of technology innovation system. Accordingly, it constructed the model of synergetic evaluation on metallurgy enterprise technology innovation system, detailing the approaches from the basic principle to applications of analysis tools of the evaluation model and setting up scientific index system of the synergetic evaluation on metallurgy enterprise technology innovation system.Lastly, based on the project,"Tianjin LP Metallurgy Company Strategy Planning", this paper discussed the current situation and problems both prominent and underlying. And the above synergetic evaluation method of technology innovation system was used to evaluated the degree of synergy in this specific technology innovation system and some evaluation results was analyzed. In the end, it put forward the further strategic planning on technology innovation strategy in Tianjin LP Metallurgy Company.
