A Study On Integrated Mechanism Of Metallurgy Enterprise Technology Innovation Based On Synergetic Theory

Technology innovation in metallurgy enterprises is considered the lasting motive for the sustainable development, with distinct characteristics of industry, economy and the times. Among factors that affect technology innovation of metallurgy enterprises, the mechanism of technology innovation is at the core and plays a key role. Based on the theories of technology innovation, institute innovation, innovation system and synergetics, with the main thread of synergetic, profound research in technology innovation mechanism of Chinese metallurgy enterprises has been done. Research methods of standard research and case study, qualitative and quantitative analysis have been applied, which result in achievements with theoretical and practical significance to some extent. The main research contents include:1. On the basis of explicating the connotation of technology innovation of metallurgy enterprises, the complexity and coordination features are studied. According to the locations of metallurgy enterprises and their products on the industry chain, four modes have been pointed out for technology innovation of metallurgy enterprises, i.e., self-innovation, customized innovation, connected innovation and relied-on innovation. And the meanings and conditions of the four innovative modes are discussed. Through transferring the basic synergetic evolvement equation, the logistic equations are used to describe the coordination mechanism of four innovative modes. It proves that metallurgy enterprises have to choose suitable technology innovation modes according to characteristics of the industry and their products based on their own strengths. To make a good break-through of innovation is of great importance to ensure successful innovation and to enhance productivity of metallurgy enterprises.2.Based on synergetics theory, the synergetic among innovative drives, driving factors and innovation system has been studied. The conclusion that the anticipated high income is the leading drive for metallurgy enterprises'technology innovation is proved by drive order parameters equations.
