Reserch On Regional Industrial Technology Innovation System Based On The Theory Of Ecological System

This paper is based on promoting regional industry technology innovation,inorder to improve our overall technology innovation level, in the background ofbuilding the innovative country, based on the theory of industrial ecology andindustrial technology innovation theory as the guide, to explore the regional industrytechnology innovation system construction as the goal, in reference to the domesticand foreign relevant research, on the basis of regional industry technology innovationecological system for empirical research.First of all,This paper show the structure and ecological factors of theindustry technology innovation system, and then according to the construction ofregional industry technology innovation ecological system model and evaluation indexsystem, and then on the regional industry technology innovation ecosystem evaluation,and to Qingdao, Guangzhou, Shenzhen,15deputy provincial city for empiricalresearch object, by horizontal, vertical comprehensive analysis evaluation15deputyprovincial city industry technology innovation system present situation. On this basis,the comprehensive use of ecology industry again with evolutionary theory, ecologicalcommunity theory and ecological system theory to industry technology innovationecological system model optimization and improvement. Finally, the authors haveproposed the improvement of regional industrial technology innovation ecologicalsystem countermeasures.This paper through the comprehensive empirical research of the industrytechnology innovation of the ecological system in15deputy provincial city, and on thebasis of regional industrial technology innovation in launch ecological system researchand the construction of the significance and value of popularization of the applicationresults.
