The Research Of Assets Estimate In The System Reform Of State Assets

As an important part of national economy, state enterprise had huge effects in the economic development. But along with the reform and open, its disadvantage emerged, then how to make the state enterprise suit for the requirement of socialistic market economy becomes the urgent problem. In this case, the system reform of state enterprise is produced, and its most important matter is the trade price. If the assets estimate of state enterprise is not reasonable, it can make a loss of state assets. Aims at this problem, the paper centers on how to ensure the value of state assets not reduced in the process of the system reform.This paper divided into several parts. First, the basic status of state enterprise and the system reform, and the content of assets estimate are introduced. Then five major methods and their applicable area, the general principle, and primary flow of assets estimate are detailedly analyzed. In the following, based on brief summarize of the course, meaning, theory gist, objects and purpose of enterprise system reform, the loss of state assets and the importance of assets estimate are elicited and the general principle and major flow of assets estimate are introduced. After that, the thesis gives a scientific evaluation system and evaluation entire value interzone evaluation model. Then, by taking an electromotor equipment company for example, the paper compares the status before and behind the system reform of this company, and then gives the result and the reason for it. At last some advices to those problems existed in the process of assets estimate are given.
