Effects Evaluation On Reconstruction Merit In Daqing Logging And Testing Industry

This paper comprehensively analyzes the intensively applied enterprise merit evaluation method, i.e. traditional method, Discounting Cash Flow(DCF)method, Economic Value Added(EVA)method, Balanced Scorecard(BSC)method, fuzzy integrated merit evaluation method and TOSIS method, etc.. They deserve their own advantages and limitations. The selective principle of enterprise merit evaluation method is no need to pre-estimate parameters. The simple efficiency concept of single input-single output is introduced to multiinput-multioutput production. This enriches the production function theory in micro-economy and its application technology extremely. It obtains the advantages of avoiding the subjective factors and simplified calculation and eliminating the errors.Aiming to the difficulties and challenges faced by Daqing logging and testing industry, the merit evaluation model based on DEA method is designed. It's the first time that DEA method is used in merit evaluation before and after reconstruction in domestic oilfield logging and testing industry. This paper analyzes and evaluates the relative management status of every unit involved in Daqing logging and testing industry before and after reconstruction.
