Along with development of the reform and open policy, the market competition that our country's enterprise faces is increasing day by day. Under inside and outside environment pressur, psychological problem facing the enterprise's employee increases by gradually. If it lacks effectively method that could alleviate working pressure, the psychological questions of employee will certainly reduce the staff working efficiency and the organization achievements, then affect enterprise's harmonious development in the certain degree. Therefore, paying attention to employee's psychological questions, adjusting staff's'psychology and behavior and ensuring the employee's physical and moral health has become a question that urgently waits to study in the enterprise's ideological and political work. Employee Assistance Program (EAP for short) is widely applied in European and American countries. It aims at helping employee to resolve psychology questions and other questions related to job, and provides a set of systematic services programs. This program makes the employee working with healthy body and mind by diagnosing the psychology questions and other questions and providing specialized assistance service of professional staff, then realizing organization and employee's harmonious development. In our country's enterprise, effectively applying this plan has embodied the ideological and political work that oriented the employee to a certain extent in our country's enterprise, and provides a new method to solve the psychology questions of employee in our country's enterprise.The research of this paper focuses on the questions of the implementation of EAP in our company's enterprise. We want to make the concept of EAP clearly, to discuss the theories of EAP profoundly, to analyze the difficulties and the questions in using the EAP system in our country's enterprise, to submit corresponding countermeasure suggestion and to provide a set of useful theory and method instruction. The purpose of this article is unifying the beneficial management thought and method abroad with the enterprise's actual situation in China, providing one kind of new thought for displaying enterprise ideological and political work superiority and finally displaying positive function for harmonious enterprise's foundation.
