Today, the booming development of the society and economy resulted in the consequence that all trades are faced with fierce challenge.And the intense competition also cause a great many psychological confusions and hinderances among entrepreneurs and employees.Employees'psychology and behavior adjustment has always been a crucial subject in the field of academic study and human resources management, for employees are the basic elements of the company. Recent years,numerous multinational enterprises flooded into mainland China. Employee Assistance Programs(EAP) are introduced to Chinese enterprises in the meantime, together with capital,management experiences, advanced science and technology. Nowadays,EAP is widely adopted in Euro-American countries and in our country, such as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.The program provide an effective and systematic approach to promote employee's overall quality, solve their psychological problems and help their stress management. Some domestic scholars carried out some relevant studies on EAP's origination, development. EAP's implantation in China also brought about many problems, such as which trades can apply it into management, how to localize EAP to fit Chinese national circumstances,etc.Employees of the company, Xiamen Black Horse Union Educational Consulting Co.,Ltd, are under greater pressure than those of this trade.EAP application serves as the stress management, emotion control,and the promoter of individual administrative ability.The college student employees of Xiamen Black Horse Union Educational Consulting Co.,Ltd are chosen as the EAP application research object.By means of questionnaire and interview, an investigation on the college student employees'psychological pressure, affection state and their state of mind are carried out. On the expectations analysis of the college student employees, EAP's specific enforcing content, implement steps, and relevant strategies are designed.The research results suggests that:the college student employees are under great working pressure, complicated psychological problems.Both of them are typical characteristics of the college student employees.According to our survey, group counseling for professional psychological consultation, stress management and are in great demand to improve their efficacy at work and that's determines the staff's active participation and cooperation in EAP.The research finds and innovation of this paper are mainly indicated in the following aspects:(1)It is the first time that EAP was carried out among employees of private medium and small sized enterprises,most of the programs are studied among those of large and medium-sized enterprises;(2)It's the first time that the college student employees are regarded as the research object; (3)The successful cases of design, application and countermeasures are numbered. Therefore, it is of great significance to study detailed implementation plan, operation procedure.The research fertilizes the implementation scope with practical cases, thus providing precious and rich data for the development of private medium and small sized enterprises.
