A Study On Strategy Development Focused On Intellectual Capital Of State-owned Enterprises

The paper mainly discussed strategic management, and it focused on the state-owned enterprises. The aim was to resolve how to follow the changes of the age when the new knowledge age is coming. As the character of knowledge economy is the invisible capital drives the enterprises to get the competitive advantages, the author discussed the characters and evaluation of different types of intellectual capital. Furthermore, the author sets up a guideline system of blurry evaluation for the state-owned enterprises, and analyzes an invisible key factor - knowledge capital. In the end, taking Tianjin urban construction engineering company as a case, the paper explain each flows and details in the process of the strategic decision., considering the intellectual capital strategy especially, the author design a system of balanced scorecard to evaluate the performance of the company to follow strategy.This paper has five chapters. The first one expatiated the background, main idea and related literature summary. The second part explained the theories of intellectual capital, and it defined three kinds of intellectual capital. The third part emphasized the analysis process of intellectual capital strategy, and particularly discussed the identifying and evaluation of three kinds of intellectual capital, the form of intellectual capital strategy, the audit of intellectual capital and the ending management in detail. The next chapter takes Tianjin urban construction engineering company as a case, and the author analyzed its strategy roundly, especially the strategy of intellectual strategy. The final part is the summary and expectation of the content in the whole paper.
