The Research On Economic Interaction Of Tianjin's Districts And Counties With Binhai New Area

The development of Binhai New Area will greatly affect its neighboring areas.The districts and counties of Tianjin, which are near Binhai New Area, will be at the forefront of economic radiation.In this circumstances, it's a problem for the districts and counties that how to interact with Binhai New Area, which will develop rapidly.In this way, the districts and counties can service Binhai New Area and enhance their own economic strength.This paper try to give some useful suggestion based on data analysis.This paper describes the regional economic development theory and practical experience.We try to use the integration of the EU and the development of Tokyo Megalopolis as foreign examples and the economic development of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta as Chinese examples in order to get some successful experience.From the development of Pudong New District, the core area's development will bring huge economic effects.These effects are not only positive ones but also negative ones.The surrounding region would like to use the opportunity of Binhai New Area to enhance their own strength.They should have a good understanding of these effects and make good use of them.In the process of economic development, there are a lot of problems in district and county economic such as redundant construction and vicious competition.Facing this situation, Shanghai and Beijing have made functional orientation for their districts and counties and pointed out the development direction for them.This provides a positive reference for Tianjin's districts and counties,which try to update their economic level in the condition of Binhai New Area's rapid development.This paper uses the method of principal components analysis to analyze the basic situation of every district and county,and carries out a comprehensive ranking of them.Then I use cluster analysis method to grade the economic status of them based the data got form principal components analysis and make functional orientation for them.Finally,this paper construct an interactive system for Binhai New Area and the districts and counties,including organizational structure, Information Platform, logistics and so on.This system will play a positive role in promoting economic interaction.
