A Study On The Functional Distribution Of The Ecological Economic Zone In The Low - Hill And Low - Slope Of Dali County

With the rapid development of society and economy in these years, the contradiction between supply and demand of land is very outstanding. Since low-slope hilly land is being considered to be an important source of reserved land resource,its rational and Scientific comprehensive development and utilization would play an important role in strengthening the optimal allocation land resources,relieving supply-demand contradiction of land,and balancing requisition with compensation of arable land.But low hilly land has the special geographical and natural barriers,its development lags behind the world’s general phenomenon.It is a difficult problem faced by all countries and regions is how to guarantee the low hilly land area of ecological environment at the same time to speed up the economic development,overall sustainable development of regional coordination, promote the regional harmonious development of human and nature.Based on the Dali low hilly land eco-economic region,putting forward the functional orientation of the eco-economic region of the low hilly land by GIS and discussing the development pattern of the Dali low hilly land eco-economic region in this paper.The conclusions as follows:(1)Selected the natural resources,social,economic and ecological indicators that total 20,dividing into 97 blocks evaluation unit by the ARCSWAT software.On the basis of the use ARCGIS 9.3 software and SPSS 17.0 software,using cluster analysis,principal component analysis and GIS method to divide the low hilly land eco-economic regions into 6 first natural regions that sub watersheds in low hilly eco-economic region(I),starting basin mountain eco-economic region(II),the watershed outlet mountain eco-economic region(III),mountain plain transition watershed eco-economic zone(IV),mixed flow river basin mountain eco-economic zone(V),eco-economic zone in the plain area of the watershed(VI)and 35 secondary eco-economic regions.(2)On the basis of the low hilly land eco-economic regions,clear functional orientation of eco-economic regions. According to the Dali low hilly land eco-economic regions characteristics of natural geography and social economic factors.From its inner link of the similarities and differences of space combination form,analyzing concentration of population,distribution of mineral resources and agricultural resources advantage from the Dali low hilly land 35 eco-economic regions.(3)Furthermore,summarizing the Dali low hilly land eco-economic regions regional distribution patterns.The study used systematic analysis and comprehensive induction by the eco-economy function layout,in combination with other related planning, to explain the character description and function orientation of eco-economic regions.Discussing land use and ecological environment coordinated development mode of the Dali low hilly land to provide reference for the sustainable coordinated development of low hilly land.
