A Study On The Development Strategy Of Kaifeng Guangli Industry Limited Co-orperation

As the reformation of organization develops, it is dispensable to separate the major businesses from the minor businesses. Great changes will happen to power firms'assets proportion, organization structure, leadership and employee management. New power industry's circumstance is evolving and tremendous obstacles are placing in front of power firms running variety businesses. The survival of power company with multi-operational activities depend much on the strategy focusing on the planning and manipulating of the future development to gain more potential market.This dissertation illustrates how to design an applicable development strategy for Kaifeng Guangli Industry Co., Ld to survive in the increasing heated market competition and keep the firm sustainable. Enterprise strategy management methodologies are applied in the systematic study of this firm's development strategy, focusing on the analysis of the critical elements from the external environment and the resources available to the firm itself. The opportunities and challenges are lying in environment analysis, while the weaknesses and strengths out of resource and capability analysis. This paper represents a development strategy which takes the power service market as the focus of the future strategy with implementation of internal alignment strategy, correlative multi-operation strategy chosen after carefully judged by SWOT model,and provides a better strategy guarantee policy and suggestions for future research.The research results of this paper are useful and helpful to the power enterprises running various businesses to explore their development strategy.
