Ho w to adap t the extern al env ironment changesceaselessly, how to produce th e advantag e of oneself, for mulate scien tificdevelopment strategy of people and pr omote com petition ability cease lessly,accelerate the transform ation of developm ent, to win a dom inant p osition in themarket, the Shanxi coal sales group’ s survival and developm ent is of greatsignificance.Taking Shanxi coal transportation and Marketing Group Limited company as theresearch object, the application of busin ess strategy theory, economics theory andmethod, usi ng research, integration of th eory with practice, a combination ofquantitative and qualitative m ethods, to Shanxi coal trans portation an d Marketin gGroup Limited was studied, to the enterprise development strategy for evaluation andselection. On this basis put forward advisable strategy.
