| High degree automation is the main character of the Contemporary Manufacturing systems. The widely adoption of the Automation equipments leads to higher requirement for quality. It claims that product quality should be improved and enhanced continuously. Then Six Sigma quality theory is a statistically based quality management system. Its essence is to continuously reduce variance and pursue higher quality. This thesis studies the measurement analysis, process capability analysis, multi-variance analysis, design of experiment and satistical process control of Six Sigma management technology for process quality improvement. Then study Six Sigma project selection, project implement and management. This thesis practises the study to quality improvement of A product in C process of H company. H company's Products are manufactured concentratively with automation equipments. The company makes the goal of zero defects to improve quality and reduce cost and to improve the competition. And this thesis synthetically studys the analysis, optimization, improvement and control to A product in C process H company with Six Sigma improvement mode---DMAIC. Product's defects are analyzed with cause and effect diagram method so that the root causes are found. And measurement systems are analyzed to prevent measurement error. Then multi-variance analysis and design of experiment method are applied to analyze, improve and optimize to main factors causing product's defects. Finally, satistical process control and process capability analysis method are applied to control and monitor to A product in C process in order to prevent abnormality. Based on this, the yield of A product is improved to 99.25% from 97.78%. And it achieves Company's Six Sigma goal. Then Customer complaint reduced 40%. And the satisfying level is significantly improved. |
