In the knowledge-driven economy era, it is the knowledge which plays the dominant role in economy and competition. For enterprise, the abilities of learning knowledge and innovating knowledge have become the key factors for corporates' development. Only with strong abilities of learning will a enterprise make a great success in the new era. Consequently, Learning Organisation theory arised and became a popular theory which was developed by researchers all over the world extensively and deeply. More and more enterprises used this theory to improve their management. Learning Organisation theory focus on the brillant atmosphere of learning in corporates and suggestes the enterprises to improve their abilities of studying knowledge, sharing knowledge, and innovating knowledge. In the meantime, the value of knowledgeable staff need to be respected. In a word,enterprises should use every way to improve their knowledge abilities. It is the learning organisation, as is said by Peter Senge, becomes a new trend in the field of corporates' organisation and administration in the 21th century.Learning Organisation theory emphasizes the scientific and efficient human resources management in enterprises, and especially focus on the knowledgeable staff's significant efforts. However,the basis of enterprises administration in Shandong province is comparatively poor. It is crucial for Shandong corporates to bring in modern human resources management theory and methods,improve the practical level and put human resources management with learning organisation's founding together. It is a pity that there is little research in this field at present. This thesis tries to find out the enterprises' real situations by investigating and analysing. After that, this research gives out some useful and valuable suggestions about how to found learning organisation and manage human resources well.First,this thesis analysed and synthesized the theories about Learning Organisation and Human Resources Management, seek ways which can combine both the fields well.Secondly,the research investigated a large number of small corporates belonging to different fields in Shandong province,analysed the results using SPSS for Windows 13.0, and described the present administration situations in these enterprises. Thridly,the thesis chose some of the most important matters and analysed them using the coefficient way.Finally,the research introduced some suggestions in the aspects of human resources management's polices,inviting applications,checking achievements, training,salary managing and enterprises culture.
