Since the reform and opening up,the non-public sector of the economy has entered the field of socialist market economy,playing a more and more important role,and has now become an important part of the socialist market economy.Science and technology are primary productive force.With the "public entrepreneurship,innovation" era,more and more people joined the army of entrepreneurship,especially young people,some of them entered the field of new and high technology.Nowadays,small and medium sized scientific and technological private enterprises are developing quickly,and talents are crucial to the development of enterprises.The management of human resources determines the success or failure of an enterprise to some extent.Private enterprises,especially those of small and medium enterprises and scientific and technological enterprises,have their own characteristics besides human resources management.Private Environmental Protection Technology Limited Company H is located in the City of Tianjin,is one of the small and medium technology private enterprises.In the field of human resource management,it also faces the same problems as other enterprises in the industry.This paper focuses on the human resources management of the enterprise.Firstly,described the basic theory and some relevant concepts,define the concept of private enterprises,including small and medium enterprises,science and technology enterprises,and the concept of human resource management,provide the theoretical basis for the research.Through the analysis of the development of related fields and the characteristics of human resource management in the city of Tianjin,it provides the practical basis for the study.Then,it analyzes the current situation of human resource management and the related factors that affect employee satisfaction.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,including the design of the post,staff recruitment,staff training,performance appraisal,compensation policies and other aspects,so as to achieve the application of management theory in the practice process,which provides a reference for the improvement of human resources management of enterprises in the next step.
