YiShan Scenic Area Culture Tourism Exploitation Case Study

Culture tourism, as a new tourism branch, develops rapidly in recent years and becomes the new trend of the industry of tourism. Following this trend, exploiting the culture tourism resource of the scenic spot is of great significance to the tourism theory research and practical guiding.With a long history and accumulated culture, YiShan Mountain has to emphasize its' advantage of culture resource and take the culture tourism as the main development direction, for further development in the industry of tourism. This paper takes YiShan Mountain as the case study object, mainly focuses on following aspects: analyzing culture tourism resource of YiShan Mountain, discussing the current situation of the culture tourism and the existing problems, and lastly the principle and the guideline of the culture tourism are drawn out, which are expected to bring benefits to the development of the YiShan Mountain tourism.The paper is divided into three parts as following:The first part analyzes the culture tourism resource of YiShan Mountain. This part simply introduces the history and the natural environment of YiShan Mountain, which mainly focuses on classifying and estimating the culture tourism resource of YiShan Mountain.In the second part, this paper analyses the conditions, present status and problems of developing cultural tourism of the YiShan Mountain. First, the conditions needed to develop cultural tourism are analyzed from three aspects including regional traffic, tourist market and economic environment. Then this paper analyses the present status of the development of cultural tourism, in which eight problems are also proposed. Finally, raised the idea of developing cultural tourism as well as the principles which consists of adjusting measures to local conditions, protruding characteristics, constructing by the numbers and sustainable development. Eight measures are put forward in order to solve the problems mentioned in the second part. And then considering the actual situation of YiShan Mountain from the phase of nature, culture and their combination, the general presentation of the YiShan Mountain Scenic Area is given.
