The professional cooperatives of farmers and herdsmen is an important cooperative economic form for the economic development of rural and pastoral areas under the new situation.The operation of cooperatives is based on the co-management between the members and the farmers,and the co-operation between the members through mutual co-operation to establish cooperatives,combine the same business activities or provide productive business services,create a brand,set up a base,promote sales,we can not only tap the potential of cooperative management of farmers,but also keep up with the pace of economic development,so that members and farmers can get practical benefits.The establishment of farmers 'cooperative organizations has effectively solved the problem of rural households' individual contracting and management to improve the organization of agriculture,and has significantly improved the problems of individual farmers 'low economic market status,low production and operation technology,unequal trade in products,backward information,and low sales volume.At present,the continuous development of farmers 'professional cooperatives has become one of the effective ways for farmers to increase their income and become rich.In recent years,the number of professional farmers' cooperatives in Chayouhouqi has been increasing,and their influence has been gradually expanded in the local area.There are 2 model cooperatives at the national level,4 model cooperatives at the autonomous region level and 21 model cooperatives at the municipal level.In accordance with the requirements of the government's agricultural development plan,efforts should be made to create more and higher-level model cooperatives to promote the development of regional agriculture.According to the assessment criteria of autonomous region-level and national levels model institutions,the performance level of the farmers' professional cooperatives is the main measurement condition,so it is necessary to master the performance of the farmers' professional cooperatives that may be upgraded.On the one hand,according to the evaluation results,the professional cooperatives of farmers that meet the evaluation criteria are pushed,on the other hand,the poorly performing farmers' professional cooperatives are targeted to improve from the aspects of operating and management,management and policysupport,so that they can move closer to the model cooperatives.The full text based on the Chayouhouqi farmer professional cooperatives as the research object,takes the comprehensive performance as the main research point.Firstly,by combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,it is determined that this paper comprehensively evaluates the performance of farmers' professional cooperatives from two aspects:behavior performance and result performance.Secondly,on the basis of relevant concepts and theories,combined with the actual operation of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Chayouhouqi,the paper determines the various indexes needed for the performance evaluation system of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Chayouhouqi,and then the fuzzy cooperative evaluation method is used to judge the sample cooperatives.Based on the ranking,the paper analyzes their successful experience and the reasons for their poor performance,and puts forward pertinent suggestions for the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Chayouhouqi,it provides the reliable theory basis for the performance promotion of the farmer specialized cooperative.
