Research About The Comprehensive Quality Of The Construction Project Manager Evaluation System Based On The Satisfaction

Project management is one of the important mode of operation in 21st Century,and the project manager is the core of project management. The comprehensive quality of the project manager determines the success or failure of project management.So,it is of great significance to research the comprehensive quality of the project manager. In this paper, based on the knowledge of project management, summarize the three comprehensive qualities.As evaluation index, using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, from the perspectives of satisfaction, explore and establish a set of evaluation system based on satisfaction of the comprehensive quality for project managers.With examples of power construction projects, evaluate the electrical construction project manager and provide reference for assessment and evaluation of them. Then put up the way of improving the comprehensive quality of the project manager.
