Study On The Entrepreneurship From The Ethical Prospective

Entrepreneurship as a factor promotes economic development, but we also see that enterprises are in the pursuit of economic profit, so they bring the integrity, environmental pollution and a series of social problems. In the past, the study on entrepreneurship was lack of ethics. Because of this enterprises are unwilling to shoulder social responsibility. So it is necessary to study on the entrepreneurship from the ethics, which has the purpose on a reminder of corporate social responsibility attention. The Contemporary entrepreneurs should recognize and deal with this era of topics, assuming this new historical mission.This article started from the West entrepreneurship. After that we found that these theories stated entrepreneurship lack of ethics. The reason lied in the orthodox between economics and the society is profound. Because of the economic hypothesis, the economic not only ignored the entrepreneurship contribution to the economy, but also can not state the entrepreneurship from ethics. The article took the ethical responsibility as three levels. The following constructed a model on entrepreneurship basing on three levels. We also described the functions of the responsibility intending to state that bearing the ethical responsibility is necessary for the enterprise .it is good to establish the reputation of a long-term mechanism for the enterprises which can make social progress and sustainable development. China's commitment to social ethics in corporate responsibility is not well. So after the interpretation of the theory on Entrepreneurship, we surveyed Chinese entrepreneurs in order to probe the responsibility which the enterprises afford .Then we analyzed the reason of this and supplied the measures to promote enterprise development and social progress.In this paper, the structure was divided into six parts. The paper first raised questions on significance of topics, and the method of the Economic Analysis, as well as the innovation of the article. The first part summarized the relevant literature on entrepreneurship and stated the reason why it is lack of the ethics. And from the ethical point the enterprise should bear the responsibility of the three ethics. The third part stated the functions of business ethics. The writing of this chapter is mainly to describe the necessity of corporate responsibility. Fourthly, we elaborated on China's corporate social responsibility and analyzed the reasons for this situation. This part contained a game theory of economic analysis. The next part was the proposal. Finally the article gave the conclusions of the study and subsequent entry points.This article applies the methods of raising questions, analyzing and solving problems on this idea. Firstly it proposed the entrepreneurship lacking ethics and analysis of the causes of this phenomenon. This part was an important theoretical research. The final gave China's survey of social responsibility which the enterprise affords. The last is proposal to the problem that is the relevant policy recommendations.
