Now under the increasingly fierce market competition environment, enterprises that rely on their own efforts cannot keep long-term competitive advantages. They must join with upstream and downstream firms, and rely on the entire group to jointly enhance their competitive strength. The relationship between enterprises is changing from competition to cooperation. The developments of information technology and network technology provide the technical basis for the development of collaborative commerce. The research of collaborative commerce is of great significance under such a background environment.But global development of collaborative commerce is still at early stage. Its theory, technology and application are not yet perfect. This paper hopes to study the model of collaborative commerce, in particular, the collaborative commerce model based on third-party platform, and gives some guidance and reference for enterprise to improve the overall competitiveness.By theoretical analysis and case studies, this paper debates the collaborative commerce related issues and realizing basis-the collaborative commerce platform, and analyzes two kinds of collaborative commerce models, which based on the third-party platform is the focus of this paper. The innovations of this paper are mainly embodied in the following points: First, putting forward the concept of collaborative commerce and hierarchical structure, as well as a summary of the status of collaborative commerce and the existing problems; Second, two main types of collaborative commerce platform that are enterprise platform and social platform; Third, putting forward two kinds of collaborative commerce models, one of which is based on the core business model suitable for core enterprises and the other is based on the third-party platform collaborative commerce model suitable for small and medium enterprises. Fourth, putting forward the proposal of collaborative commerce platform construction that is third-party platform adding SaaS service model. This paper can be divided into three parts, seven chapters in all.Part one includes chapter one, two and chapter three. Firstly, this part introduces the research background and summary of research status of collaborative commerce and educes the purpose and frameworks of this paper. Chapter 2 and chapter 3 are the theoretical basis of this paper. Chapter 2 discusses the conception, characteristics and hierarchical structure of collaborative commerce. And through studying the status of collaborative commerce and the existing major issues, it concludes the developing path and model of collaborative commerce. Chapter 3 discusses the basis of collaborative commerce-collaborative commerce platform, and states two kinds of collaborative commerce platform, namely the enterprise platform and social platform.Part two includes the fourth, fifth, sixth chapters. This is the focus and core of the paper. Chapter 4 mainly discusses the model of collaborative commerce based on the core business and includes the experience to provide reference for the collaborative commerce development of the SMEs. Chapter 5 discusses the model of collaborative commerce based on the third-party platform which is suitable for SMEs. It discusses the importance and designs solutions for SMEs to apply collaborative commerce. Chapter 6 which introduces case study, through analyzing of the use of SaaS model for Alibaba to provide the third-party platform, puts forward the Alibaba's recommendations for improvements.Part three includes chapter 7 only. It is the paper's summary and prospect. This chapter outlines the general contents and innovations of the paper, and put forward the need to further study the issues.
