The Research Of Urban Healthy Development Evaluation

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in china, the Urbanization of country and small towns become the important issue of the next stage of development in China. This is not only the result of the advancement of our economy, technology and society; it's also the focus of environmental pollution, ecological damage and social issues. With the development of small towns and country, the problems such as rapid growth of population, pollution, traffic jams and social deterioration and so on are also raised. So the researches of urban healthy development get attention. Therefore, according to the system of scientific method and based on the statistics, judging the degree of the urban healthy development, and make appropriate recommendations to keep the town to maintain the sustainability of socio-economic development, which is of great theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses the development of urban health research as the research object, applies AHP and multi - attribute decision analysis to study the urban healthy development issues in-depth. On the basis of summarized of the previous research, this paper explore the theory of urban healthy development. In the current status of social development, urban healthy development plays an important part to Chinese social development. This paper studies the concept, meaning and significance of the urban healthy development, and the strategic changes before the "11th Five-Year Plan" and after it on urban development. This paper described the design principles and ideas of evaluation index system of urban healthy development, established an evaluation index system of urban healthy development and lodged evaluation methods of urban healthy development based on AHP and multi - attribute decision analysis. On the basis of systems analysis the develop status of Buji, this paper made a demonstration research on the status of Buji by the established evaluation model of urban healthy development. And then analyzed the result, provided corresponding recommendations of the status of Buji.
