Coordination Between Urbanization And Industrialization In Heilongjiang Province

Urbanization is an inevitable trend of human society development and is a basic indicator of human society process. The urbanization histories and realities of many countries in the world show: Their coordination would contribute to promote socio-economic sustainable development.Heilongjiang Province's urbanization and industrialization in certain circumstances has own special regulations. At present, many problems had existed in urbanization process. The contradiction between high pollution urbanization rate and low urbanization quality had severely restricted economic development and urban employment. Whether the both were harmonious mutually that had become the studying concern. Therefore, the study of coordination between Industrialization and urbanization in Heilongjiang Province urbanization process is of great significance.By using combination of norm analysis and empirical analysis, research the definitions, features, the basic theories and interact mechanisms; select the United States, Japan, and Latin America as objects of study to analysis international experience in order to draw to our urbanization process. On base of Heilongjiang Province own development characteristics, the paper explores and researches urbanization and industrialization interactive relationships. On the basis of empirical analysis, research the coordination of Heilongjiang Province urbanization and industrialization and obstacles in their development process through using Chenery model, IU and NU ratio law. By predecessors studies for foundation, the paper unifies Heilongjiang Province own characteristic through the statistical data analysis, and points out the deviations which had existed in urbanization and the industrialization harmonious development process of Heilongjiang Province. The writer draws conclusion that the both are not uncoordinated and the urbanization is not interrelated to industrialization. Industry structure and population statistic caliber itself also have serious deviation. The reasons had caused urbanization level unrealistically high.
