Research On Agricultural Systematic Innovation And Realizing Forms In China

The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China proposed the struggling objective of completely realizing a relatively comfortable life in the first twenty years of the 21th century in China . As is known to all, of a population of nearly 1300 million in China, about 900 million live in the countryside. Therefore, only when 900 million Chinese peasants have lived a relatively comfortable life can a relatively comfortable life be completely reached in China. However, a host of facts make known that the management given birth to a series of problems in the present agriculture, peasants' income increase and countryside economy development, especially when the profound alternation has happened to the external environment of farming after China got access to WTO. How to resolve "Three farming" problem, how to accelerate healthy and sustainable development of our country farming and how to flourish countryside economy are the urgent problems to be resolved.
