Research On The Influence Of Agricultural Machinery Service Organization On Agricultural Mechanization

Under the process of industrialization and urbanization,the trend of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture is irreversible,and agricultural mechanization is an important driving force for transforming traditional agriculture.In 2018,the State Council’s guidance on speeding up the Transformation and upgrading of Agricultural Mechanization and Agricultural Machinery equipment emphasized that agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery equipment should be taken as a way of changing agricultural development.The important foundation of improving the rural productivity is the important support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.After long-term beneficial exploration,our country has gradually formed a "family contract responsibility system,the national government for the protection of agricultural machinery clothing "The core of agriculture is the core of the agricultural mechanization road with Chinese characteristics.In 2019,the central document No.1 indicates that with the gradual formation of the modern agricultural industry system,the main body of the new type of agricultural operation,such as the large-scale household,the family farm and the farmer’s co-operatives,is booming.n It has become the leading force of the development of modern agriculture,in which,the agricultural machinery service organization,as the core element of the agricultural mechanization promotion in China,can not be replaced in the aspects of integrating the agricultural resources,optimizing the resource allocation and meeting the development demand of modern agriculture,It is an important carrier for the effective integration of small-scale farmers and large-scale markets.China is based on the regional geographical environment,the difference and the unbalance of the economic development Balance,the degree of agricultural mechanization development is not the same,agricultural machinery service organization and construction work has become a major difficulty.How to effectively guide the development and construction of agricultural machinery service organization and promote the advance of agricultural mechanization has become a very important issue in our country and the focus of extensive research in academia.Therefore,through the collection and arrangement of the national provincial panel data for 2007-2016,this paper studies the effect of the agricultural machinery service organization on the agricultural mechanization in China on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the agricultural mechanization and the development of the agricultural machinery service organization in China.The results show that the agricultural machinery service organization has a significant positive effect on the level of agricultural mechanization in China,and the degree of influence between the regions is different due to the actual difference.In the light of the research conclusion,the paper puts forward the rational path and policy suggestion to advance the construction of the agricultural machinery service organization.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)in recent years,the overall development of agricultural mechanization in China is good,facing more opportunities and challenges in the new period;(2)the agricultural machinery service organization plays a core role in the development of agricultural mechanization in China,and the influence degree of the organization construction on it is different;(3)the supporting effect of the agricultural machinery service organization on the development of agricultural mechanization in our country is not obvious.According to the conclusion,this paper puts forward the following policy enlightenment and suggestions:(1)persistently adhere to the development road of agricultural mechanization with Chinese characteristics,fully adapt to the future development trend,realize regionalization and differential development;(2)make clear the strategic position of agricultural machinery service organization development,implement the government-led construction and cultivation mode,(3)solve the practical problems of agricultural machinery service organization,and promote the effective integration of agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery service.
