This dissertation has centered on its research on the immigrant workers in Shenzhen enterprises. Through empirical research methods such as case studies and interviews, the thesis has analyzed the characters of pressures of immigrant workers, the origins of pressure, their reactions to pressure as well as their relevance to each other, it has explored the current situations of pressure management and further proposed the personal and organizational management strategies . The conclusions of the research are as follows:(1) currently the main pressure those immigrant workers in Shenzhen enterprises undertake are the unfair salary system, less salary, uncertainty of career development. The secondary pressure that these immigrant workers undertake are tensions in interpersonal relations , the high demand of competence to accomplish work, the failure in communication between colleges, the dimness of one's role in work, the miscommunication between themselves and their leaders, the difficulty of the work, the scarcity of deserved promotion, lack of work independence.(2) Shenzhen immigrant workers' negative reaction to pressure is a little above immediate level (demission tendency is the greatest, physical reaction is second, the dissatisfaction in work is the third). Thus, the thesis concludes that Shenzhen immigrant workers' reaction to pressure has great impact upon the organizations.(3) as far as the pressure management concerned, Shenzhen immigrant workers resolve themselves to exclude various pressures; the pressure management on organizational level is absent. As a result, on personal level, immigrant workers should enhance their ability of resistance to various pressures; on organizational level, society and enterprises should provide more chances to eliminate their pent-up pressure, and establish social institution, improve their working conditions to reduce the pressure of the immigrant workers, and enhance their ability to resist pressure.
